Terms and Conditions

• Please note that some treatments require a patch test at least 24 hours prior to treatment.

• All courses must be paid for on commencement.

• Please allow 24 hours notice should you wish to cancel an appointment, otherwise a 50% fee will be applied.

• The Management are unable to accept responsibility for personal items left or lost on the Clinic premises.

• Clients are politely requested to switch off mobile phones during their visit.

• Please note that we do not offer refunds on any treatment, course or product purchases. However, if you change your mind about your purchase within 14 days, we are happy to exchange it for another treatment or product or offer you a credit note. This policy does not apply to treatments, courses or products which have been used or opened.
